In the morning, Sarah checks her Equiem App for updates on air quality, the latest cleaning processes, and the expected number of office workers attending the building today.
Using Bookings, Sarah books a 15 minute time slot for the showers and change rooms, and a bike rack for the day, ensuring she conveniently can ride to work.
En route to work, Sarah orders and pays for her morning coffee through the Equiem App, avoiding the queue and any cash handling, and practising social distancing by using the Click & Collect option.
As she enters the building, Sarah uses the hand sanitiser at the entrance, before keyless swiping into the building via the Equiem App. While queueing for the lifts, Sarah completes a 2 minute morning mindfulness via the Equiem App.
Using Spaces, Sarah selects an allocated desk to work at within her office, and once she reaches her desk, opens the Equiem Platform on Desktop. Sarah then completes her mandatory Return to Work training module.
Later that day, Sarah opens the Newsletter and RSVPs to virtual Bingo, joining fellow members on the Equiem Platform in playing along remotely in the afternoon.
