London, 21 December 2017 - Lendlease and Equiem today announced the launch of ‘Life at IQL’, a fully integrated tenant engagement platform designed to provide news, events, local area information, wellness programs, convenient services, competitions, offers, and more, exclusive to occupiers of International Quarter London.
Life at IQL will be developed and managed by Equiem on behalf of Lendlease, and will utilise Equiem’s proprietary platform. It consists of a branded, customised web app, a tailored engagement and services program, and a Community Manager based at IQL.
Key benefits for companies and employees include a streamlined move-in and onboarding experience, greater connection to the broader Stratford area, access to a suite of convenient services including a full wellness program, improved communication between all stakeholders and a tangible sense of community.
In addition to the expansive benefits to their customers, the Lendlease management team are excited about the insights Equiem’s technology can provide, which can help them better understand customer needs and continually improve the service. This data can also be leveraged by companies at IQL to adapt and better connect with their employees.
Life at IQL soft launched in October and has been adopted by the development’s first major tenant, Transport for London (“TfL”), with over 1000 users already registered on the platform. Lendlease and Equiem expect engagement to grow in the coming months and years as more companies such as the Financial Conduct Authority, the British Council and Cancer Research UK, move in.
International Quarter London will be the first project in the UK and Europe to deploy Equiem’s market-leading engagement platform, which is currently in use at over one hundred premium commercial, retail and mixed-use real estate assets globally.
