As the first community portal to launch outside our Australian home, Equiem’s partnership with Lendlease on International Quarter London was a groundbreaking moment for the entire team.
Which is why just eight months later we are thrilled to announce our first award from an organisation in the UK. The UK Proptech Association is a new body designed to accelerate the success of Proptech in the UK while building the profile of innovative platforms within the property industry.
Nominated for “Exporter of the Year - Commercial”, Equiem was delighted to receive this award for our rapid development in the UK and our commitment to the region. Accepted by Laura Acklandiene (Head of Business Development - Global Expansion) the award follows the recent announcement of Equiem’s strategic partnership with Knight Frank, launching with their central London asset, 88 Wood Street.
We are thrilled to share that our partner Lendlease was also successful at this year’s event, taking home “Technology Adoptor of the Year - Commercial” for their work at International Quarter London and the early adoption of the Equiem community engagement platform, branded Life at IQL.
‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ went real estate industry data firm Datscha, ‘The Fastest Growing Business - Commercial’ was awarded to VTS, and kinetic energy innovators Pavegen took home ‘Greatest Social Impact’.
