Equiem is part of a small delegation of Victoria headquartered companies selected by Trade Victoria to fly the flag for Australia in the Trade Mission to London.
“Through our trade mission program the Andrews Labor Government is helping Victorian businesses such as Equiem make the connections they need to grow and create jobs,” Victorian Minister for Small Business, Innovation and Trade, Philip Dalidakis, said.
"By sending a delegation to London Tech Week 2017, we are helping over 30 Victorian companies tap into the tremendous opportunities that the United Kingdom digital technology market presents."

Since launching in Melbourne in 2011, Equiem has become Australia’s market leader in providing a suite of services for major building owners with an online Portal at the heart of the Equiem offering.
“Our platform transforms an office building into connected community via the combination of our Portal, a customised digital platform specific to the building, and our engagement staff, who execute a strategy we construct together with our clients,” Equiem CEO Gabrielle McMillan said.
The Equiem suite of services to buildings can include professional and social events, upskilling workshops, retail activations, wellness weeks, bike repairs, coffee delivery, drycleaning and more. The services are organised by Equiem’s head office, who work with a network of partners, and executed locally by their concierge and Community Managers who work onsite.
Equiem creates value for building owners by increasing tenant satisfaction with the aim to achieving higher retention and occupancy rates than ‘unactivated’ buildings where no in-building community has been created.
“In short, we help building owners and managers create a more connected, more convenient and happier place to work,” says McMillan, “and we look forward to showcasing our world-leading technology and business model to a wider audience in London this week.”
”Tech Week is one of the best platforms in Europe for tech company start ups in terms of exploring collaboration and business opportunities.
“We are delighted and proud to be part of the Victorian Government trade mission,” Ms McMillan said.
Equiem already provides services to 10 of Australia’s 11 largest Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REITS, and is in the process of rolling out its service globally.
