Equiem is pleased to introduce two of its newest team members to the company’s London office.
Cali Hyde joins Equiem as Head of Business Development for the UK & Ireland, where she is responsible for driving Equiem’s growth agenda in the UK and Ireland, as well as globally.
Hyde joins Equiem from CoStar Group, where she most recently served as Account Director. As a perennial top producer and three-time President’s Club recipient, she consulted CRE professionals in leveraging data and technology to optimise efficiency, mitigate risk and strategically grow their portfolios.
Hyde brings a global perspective to Equiem, having built relationships with a diverse array of CRE professionals—from blue-chip companies, local government and global agencies—to some of the largest financial institutions in the world. At CoStar, Hyde was a key influencer in developing scalable business strategies and streamlining internal operations.
Alongside her work spearheading Equiem’s growth initiatives across the UK & Ireland, Hyde is deeply rooted in helping our society bridge the gap to achieve political, economic, personal and social equality of the sexes. A philanthropist at heart, Hyde volunteers locally at Battersea Animal Shelter and globally at Kenya’s Aids Orphanage and Mother Teresa’s Orphanages in Calcutta. Outside of work, Cali enjoys travelling, adventuring, cycling, spending time with family and friends and being around as many animals as possible.
Sebastian Stoner joins Equiem as Business Development Associate at the company’s London office. At Equiem, Stoner is responsible for our business generation pipeline, liaising with clients and advancing proposal development and delivery— and is excited to combine his passions for sales and the property market.
Stoner is a recent graduate of London’s Kingston University, where he earned a 2:1 in Human Geography. In his free time, Sebastian is also an avid cyclist, skier and club hockey player at Surbiton.
Please join us in welcoming Cali and Sebastian!
